Review: Without Fail
This is the first book I read by this author, and therefore the first one that introduced me to the Jack Reacher character. It’s not the type of prose that I usually read, but I can definitely say I liked Reacher a lot. Somehow feels a lot closer and a lot more human than most action heroes, while still being a typical unstoppable tough guy with a deep moral texture. The plot itself is not fully realistic at times, and you’d have to suspend your doubt somewhat to make it work for you, but the protagonist is simply awesome.
